Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed. To estimate delivery time, please take into account the processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. The shipping courier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost or stolen package, it is the responsibility of the courier and all inquiries must be directed directly to them. Please note that we are not able to ship to International P.O. boxes.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is provided.

For customers in Canada, we are happy to offer free shipping (including taxes and duty fees) on all orders over $99.

For customers in the UK, the EU, and Australia, we are happy to offer $25 flat-rate shipping (including taxes and duty fees) on orders over $200, and free shipping (including taxes and duty fees) on orders over $350. The option for these rates will be available at checkout if you are shipping to these countries and meet the minimum spend threshold.

To ensure our international customers have an easy experience with taxes and duty fees, we only offer shipping options that include payment for these fees upfront, bundled with the shipping cost. This ensures that all international packages, regardless of destination, will not have any "surprise fees" to be paid upon delivery.

Please note: Orders may take a few days longer to ship out due to COVID-19. We are working hard to ensure that all packages are shipped out within 7 business days. Thank you for your patience.


Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a carrier tracking number will be sent out.


We only accept returns on orders within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All orders placed through our International Store are final sale, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


If an item you received is damaged or defective, we are happy to offer either a full refund including the cost of shipping, or a free replacement for 30 days after your item was received.

If your item is determined to be defective or damaged after 30 days, we can offer a full refund on the price of the product only (not shipping fees) if we determine that it was an issue with the piece itself and not user error. After your refund is received, you are welcome to purchase a replacement item through our website if you still want it.

We offer repairs on fine jewelry only. If your fine jewelry is damaged, please email and give us your name, email address, order number, and repair issue.

cupcakes and cashmere will repair any breakage or other damage caused by manufacturer defect at no charge within 6 months of the date you received your purchase. Return shipping to cupcakes and cashmere for the repair is the responsibility of the customer. We are happy to offer repairs needed after 6 months (or deemed to be caused by customer misuse and not a manufacturer’s defect), but they will incur a repair charge at the customer's expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis and may take several weeks to complete. Please note that shipping for international repairs is the responsibility of the customer.


If an item you purchased at regular price has gone on sale, we are happy to offer a price adjustment on qualifying items within 48 hours of the original purchase date.

If you have a discount code and forgot to use it at checkout, we regretfully cannot apply the discount post purchase. Please note that discount codes are not valid on fine jewelry.


Our C&C Rewards program is not available for customers outside the U.S. at this time. We're hoping to add it at some point in the future!
